Welcome back to the blog. I hope you are having a great summer! Today we are going to talk about one of our favorite artists, Chris Renzema. His songs are amazing and you should definitely go listen to them. Today, we are going to talk about his song, Caught in the Reeds.
This song has been so encouraging to me in different seasons of life. It is about Moses’ life. Something I love most about Chris Renzema’s songs are how relatable they are. It is a song that has made me realize it is okay to ask questions about God and to wonder why God allows things to happen. This does not mean that God is not still good, because He is.
God invites us to come to Him with our questions and burdens. He does not ask us to clean ourselves up or figure it out first. He invites us to come to Him and He offers open arms to us. I am thankful we serve a God who does not get mad when we have questions.
Go listen to the song because it is so good but just remember, God sees you, He hears you, and He loves you. Praying for you guys and I hope you have a great week.
