Hi Friends,
Welcome back to the blog. This week we talked about our high school experience and we offered our advice for all of you guys in high school. Go check it out because it’s really cool but here is a recap of what we discussed.
High school can be a mixture of good, hard, fun, and stressful. There might be times where you feel like everything is great, and there might be other times you are struggling to get through the day. I understand how you are feeling and I want to let you know that God is good in both of those situations and He loves you.
I encourage you to go into any new season without expectations. I went into high school with expectations of how the next four years would go and I felt let down in some ways because it was not what I planned. But on the flip side, I am so glad high school did not go how I expected because I grew so much and learned so many valuable lessons.
Take time in high school to lean into God and your faith. He has graciously given you these years to learn more about Him and to grow closer to the people around you. Love the people that you come in contact with today because you will not always be around the same people.
Know that the Lord walks with you in every season. I am praying for you as you go into this upcoming school year.
